Julie Fasone Holder is an experienced independent director, C-suite executive, and global business leader. She is a member of the board of directors and chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee of Eastman Chemical Co. She also serves as vice chair and trustee of McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital where she chairs the Quality Committee. Her previous public board positions include WR Grace and Wolverine Bank.
As founder and CEO of the management advising company JFH Insights, Julie consults with corporations and organizations on diversity and inclusion strategies and coaches senior women executives. She developed and led executive leadership for women at Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Management and the Goizueta Executive Women’s Leadership Development Program at Emory University.
Julie retired as senior vice president from the Dow Chemical Co. after a 35-year career during which she ran multi-billion-dollar business portfolios and corporate functions, including marketing and sales, public affairs, and human resources.
She currently sits on the President’s Commission of North Central Michigan College and is a founding member of the Paradigm for Parity coalition. She served as president of the Eli Broad College of Management Alumni Advisory Board and on the board of The Committee of 200, a global invitation-only membership organization of leading women corporate executives and entrepreneurs devoted to advancing women in business leadership.
