Elizabeth Arlotti-Parish brings 20 years of development experience providing strategic and technical guidance to gender, sexual and reproductive health and rights, maternal and child health, and malaria programs across Africa and Asia. She has conducted qualitative and quantitative research to amplify women’s voices to help program implementers and government partners examine gender, socio-cultural, and other barriers and enablers at all levels of the ecological model to facilitate access to and use of malaria prevention and treatment services and increase positive health behaviors at the individual, household, and community levels.
