Project Director for Global Health Security in Burkina Faso.
Dr. Ouangraoua is a laboratory specialists with results-driven knowledge of disease surveillance systems in low-income countries. She has over 16 years of experience coordinating complex and multi-partner health projects and programs at national and international levels. She has a master's degree, a PhD in pharmacy, and a PhD in applied biology and modeling of biological systems. She has extensive experience researching epidemic diseases such as meningitis, dengue fever and COVID-19. She joined Jhpiego three years ago in Burkina Faso as a Technical Laboratory Advisor before becoming the Global Health Security Project Director.
