Defeating Malaria in Chad with Engaged Private Partner

N’Djamena, Chad—When the village of Dokaidilti in southern Chad nominated Pascal Djimandoh Mbaitoubaro to be a malaria prevention worker, the 58-year-old proudly accepted.
